Herb & Life Coordinator Exam Program (7 Sessions)
ALPHA is a certified school of the Japan Medical Herb Association (JAMHA).
This program is designed to prepare for the JAMHA Herb & Life Coordinator qualification,
while learning to enjoy herbs as part of everyday life.
The Herb & Life Exam Program is created for those who wish to study herbs in a structured, Japan-based certification system, while staying closely connected to daily living. Rather than memorizing information, you’ll learn how herbs naturally fit into your kitchen, tea time, bath rituals, and seasonal rhythms.
Following the official JAMHA framework, the course keeps a gentle, practical, and beginner-friendly pace. Learning happens through scent, taste, and simple routines—so the knowledge settles naturally, without pressure or overload.
Think of this program as both professional study and a calm, living practice— rooted in plants, and designed to continue naturally in everyday life.
Those interested in Japanese culture, herbal learning in Japan, or visiting Japan in the future are warmly welcome to join.
