workshops, and online services.
2. Booking and Agreement
Your booking request is made through our inquiry form or other approved methods.
An agreement is formed when we confirm acceptance of your booking.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees are set for each service and will be shown in advance.
Payment must be completed by the deadline we specify, using bank transfer or another method we designate (e.g., Wise).
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
The following cancellation policy applies once a booking is confirmed:
Cancellations up to 7 days before the scheduled date: No charge
Cancellations from 6 days to 1 day before: 50% of the service fee
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the service fee
5. Disclaimer
Our services are not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have a medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from use of our services.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in the following:
Harassment, defamation, or disruptive behavior toward other clients or staff
Recording, filming, or reproducing sessions or materials without our written permission
Any illegal activity or activity contrary to public order and morals
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary. Updates will be posted on our website.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from use of our services
will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our head office location.
